Job summary

Explico, an employee-owned forensic engineering firm, is seeking an Experienced Biomechanist to lead injury mechanism analyses, manage client interactions, and contribute to technical reports and expert opinions.

You will mentor junior analysts, participate in strategic project development, and collaborate with multidisciplinary case teams on nationally visible, high-impact cases. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applied biomechanics or forensic consulting.
• Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury mechanism analyses for a variety of incidents.
• Manage client interactions and contribute to expert reports.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in project development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary case teams.
• Interface with clients, attorneys, and insurers.
• Author reports with evidence-based conclusions.
