Qualifications

• Six+ years of biomaterials-based medical device experience.
• MS in Chemistry or Materials Science required.
• PhD degree preferred.
• Experience with GMP, QSR and ISO quality requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as biomaterials science SME within cross-functional project teams.
• Develop testing protocols using laboratory methods and validate new material concepts.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and other functions to test and refine products.
• Develop and execute design verification/validation plans and test methods for regulatory submissions.
• Prepare technical reports and present data with clear conclusions.
• Support IP development related to novel designs.
