Electronics Repair Technician
Radwell International LLC | QA & Precertification
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 10am to 7pm

Radwell International LLC is hiring an Electronics Repair Technician to support our QA Precertification operations. The primary duties of this position are to inspect, test, clean, and label industrial PLCs and General Controls to ensure products meet Radwell’s quality and Ready-To-Sell standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verifying part numbers on all units processed
• Inspection, cleaning, and testing of all units
• Proper use of shop assets and test fixtures
• Power and diagnostic testing of all units
• Programming as required
• Support quality methods, processes, and procedures
• Support and improve the quality of the final product
• Support development of capabilities within the department
• Perform occasional light repair
• Process pre‑evaluation units to “RTS” (Ready To Sell) condition
• Proper handling and labeling of all units
• Capture estimated parts and labor costs for PLC and General Control repairs
• Effective time management and prioritization of work
• Proper use of IT systems
• Provide your own hand/power tools
• May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar technical environment
• Technical background with experience testing and troubleshooting related products
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn Radwell computer systems in an automated environment
• Positive attitude with ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
• Ability to identify needed improvements in existing processes and assist in implementation
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends if necessary, to meet company goals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate and solve problems as they occur

Compensation & Commission

The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $16–$20 per hour.
Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Eligible for commission after successful completion of a 90‑day probationary period.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One to three years technical school diploma or related experience
• Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus
