Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree with 4–6 years of relevant industry experience or
Master's degree with 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience purifying recombinant enzymes, proteins, antibodies, or peptide therapeutics.
Hands-on operation of ÄKTA Pure/Avant or equivalent FPLC systems.
Experience with protein analytical techniques (SEC‑HPLC, RP‑HPLC, CE‑SDS, SDS‑PAGE, UV/Vis).

Responsibilities

Purify recombinant enzymes and biologics using chromatography systems (AKTA Pure/Avant).
Perform concentration, buffer exchange, and unit operations (TFF/UF‑DF) as needed.
Assess purification performance and recommend improvements for yield and purity.
Troubleshoot purification processes with limited supervision.
Maintain notebooks and follow SOPs; document deviations as required.
