KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader for Analytical Development. You will oversee day-to-day method development activities, define analytical strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across teams.

This role combines technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities to deliver high-quality data and reports. You will mentor scientists, ensure compliance with quality systems, and drive lifecycle advancement from early to late-phase programs, ultimately supporting the

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent with 2+ years related exp. or M.S. with 7+ years; or B.S. with 10+ years.
• Direct people management or team leadership experience is required.
• Strong analytical method development exp across biologics, including ligand-binding assays, LC-based methods, and gel-based techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for development-stage programs across analytical development, process development and project management.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for clients, communicating status, risks, and strategy to internal leadership.
• Lead method development, optimization, and lifecycle advancement from early to late-stage activities.
• Review and approve technical documents, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Mentor and manage Scientists and Associates, supporting onboarding and career development.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and internal procedures across projects.
