Job summary

Lumicity is partnering with a growing wastewater treatment technology company to add an experienced Wastewater Engineer. You will design biological wastewater treatment processes, lead projects from concept through execution, and perform calculations, sizing, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have biological wastewater process experience, knowledge of municipal or industrial wastewater treatment, familiarity with BioWin or similar modeling software, and a Civil/Environmental/Chemical

Qualifications

• Experience in biological wastewater process engineering.
• Knowledge of municipal or industrial wastewater treatment.
• Familiarity with BioWin or similar process modeling software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design biological wastewater treatment processes.
• Lead projects through design, development, and implementation.
• Complete process calculations, equipment sizing, and technical documentation.
• Work with technologies including MBBR, fixed-film systems, tertiary filtration.
• Support product development, technical proposals, customers, and vendors.
• Assist with process optimization, startup, and commissioning.
