Job summary

Gannett Fleming’s Water team seeks a Wastewater Treatment Process Engineer to advance design and optimization of treatment facilities across PA sites. The role blends office work with field visits under a hybrid model.

Requires a BS in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering, PE or eligibility in 6–12 months, and 4+ years in wastewater. EPC project leadership and knowledge of BNR, disinfection, and hydraulics are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering (MS preferred).
• PE license or ability to obtain in 6–12 months.
• 4+ years in wastewater treatment design/evaluation.
• Experience with EPC projects and budget/schedule control.
• Knowledge of treatment processes: BNR, disinfection, hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support design of wastewater treatment facilities and improvements.
• Perform site visits, treatment studies, and prepare design reports.
• Support permitting efforts and construction administration.
• Apply conventional and advanced treatment knowledge (MBR, tertiary filtration).
