Job summary

Lumicity is partnering with a growing wastewater treatment technology company to hire an experienced Wastewater Process Engineer in the United States. The role emphasizes biological wastewater experience and taking ownership from concept to execution.

You will design biological wastewater treatment processes and lead projects through design, development, and implementation. Ideal candidates will have a Civil/Environmental/Chemical engineering background with 7+ years in biological wastewater

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related engineering.
• Five or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design biological wastewater treatment processes
• Lead projects through design, development, and implementation
• Complete process calculations, equipment sizing, and technical documentation
• Work with technologies including MBBR, fixed-film systems, tertiary filtration, and lagoons
• Support product development, technical proposals, customers, and vendors
• Assist with process optimization, startup, and commissioning

• Five or more years of relevant experience preferred
• 7+ years experience
