Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, cheminformatics, statistics/computer science or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant post-degree experience required.
• Strong programming and statistical background; R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide research support and deliver high-quality results with efficient analytical approaches.
• Deliver data files and document the analytical process; contribute to manuscripts.
• Develop and document protocols for analyses using best practices.
• Evaluate and test new methods and technologies; pursue automation where possible.
• Collaborate with investigators, core facilities, and collaborating labs.
• Mentor PTNI and laboratory members; manage projects and priorities.
