Qualifications

• Active license required with E&S wholesale experience preferred.
• Proven track record in binding authority or production underwriting.
• Established relationships with retail agencies and history of profitable growth.
• Strong negotiating, communication and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, quote and bind eligible risks within authority and guidelines.
• Develop strong retail agency relationships and create new business opportunities.
• Build a profitable, well-managed portfolio through disciplined risk selection.
• Use market and portfolio insight to make sound decisions and strengthen carrier confidence.
• Connect retail partners with Bridge resources for specialized market access.
