Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a BIM/VDC Project Lead to manage multiple BIM/VDC projects, lead assigned project leads, and collaborate with design and project management to meet milestones.

This role requires coordinating with 3rd party resources, reviewing models, and ensuring deliverables align with construction schedules. Strong BIM tools experience and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a collaborative BIM/VDC team.
• Ability to manage multiple BIM/VDC projects and deliverables.
• Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of project leads, support designers and 3rd party resources, and inform leadership of potential issues.
• Inform leadership and notify EAS project team members when information or tasks may impact schedules.
• Coordinate with the Construction Prefab Manager.
• Provide information to the document coordinator to log, distribute, and track RFIs.
• Notify document coordinator when RFIs must be answered to avoid schedule impact.
• Provide all files and information to support designers and 3rd party resources for task completion.
• Cover and fill in for Design Project Leads when they are out.
• Review mechanical designer’s work prior to release.
