Job summary

Bosun is seeking a Senior VDC/BIM Coordinator to oversee BIM coordination for multiple Texas commercial construction projects from preconstruction through the first year of build. You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, design partners, and subs to resolve conflicts before field execution.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is required, with experience leading clash detection, BEP/BIP development, and QTO support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of VDC/BIM experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary trade models with a GC.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and Navisworks; lead clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for commercial projects from kickoff through field execution.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models from designers and trade partners.
• Perform clash detection and facilitate coordination meetings.
• Develop BEP and BIP tailored to each project; support Preconstruction with QTO.
• Expand VDC capabilities, including reality capture and field layout.
