Job summary

Repcon, Inc. seeks an experienced BIM/VDC Manager to lead the development, implementation, and execution of BIM/VDC strategies across complex industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, and data center projects.

You will establish BIM standards, oversee model coordination, drive digital construction initiatives, and collaborate with operations, engineering, estimating, and project management to improve outcomes through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years BIM/VDC experience in construction.
• 2+ years leading BIM teams and project coordination.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, mission-critical, manufacturing, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of 4D scheduling and 5D estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage company-wide BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead BIM execution planning and project startup activities.
• Manage BIM/VDC Coordinators and project-level modeling resources.
• Oversee model development, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Support preconstruction teams with constructability reviews and 4D/5D planning.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Evaluate and implement emerging construction technologies.
• Develop reporting metrics and KPI tracking for BIM/VDC initiatives.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of BIM/VDC personnel.
• Assist operations teams in leveraging models during construction.
