Job summary

AZE Engineering is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler (Precast & GRC) to create and manage LOD 400 BIM models in Revit, build families, run clash detection in Navisworks, and coordinate with remote teams.

This role requires 7+ years in BIM, strong Revit/Navisworks skills (Rhino a plus), a degree in Engineering or Architecture, and the ability to mentor juniors while delivering 4D simulations. Remote UAE-hour work setup.

What you'll do

• Create and manage LOD 400 BIM models for precast & GRC elements in Revit
• Build and maintain Revit families
• Run clash detection and coordination in Navisworks (NWC)
• Model structural components - precast panels and GRC connections
• Lead project coordination, mentor juniors, and support 4D simulations

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of BIM modeling experience, focused on precast & GRC
• Strong Revit and Navisworks proficiency (Rhino is a plus)
• Solid grasp of BIM processes and industry standards
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and effective in a remote team

The setup

• 100% remote, working UAE business hours (Mon-Fri 9:30 AM-7:00 PM, Sat 9:30 AM-3:30 PM GST) - with the PTO, bonuses, and flexibility to match.
