Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in architecture/engineering/construction management.
• 6+ years hands-on BIM experience in construction or engineering environments.
• Experience leading BIM coordination on multi-disciplinary projects, with high-rise exposure.
• Preference for aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD for multiple disciplines.
• Perform clash detection, model coordination, and constructability reviews.
• Lead BIM coordination for multi-disciplinary projects with in-house and external consultants.
• Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows with stakeholders.
• Act as primary BIM resource, addressing issues and optimizing BIM processes.
• Support living model to culminate in as-built documentation.
• Lead data migration and training to transition BIM workflows in-house.
• Generate construction docs, quantity takeoffs, and visualizations for bids and execution.
• Troubleshoot BIM issues and drive process improvements.
