Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a BIM Design Engineer, PSA to review Revit and Navisworks models, set BIM standards, and support design, construction, and operations teams globally. The role focuses on CCTV, access control, and security infrastructure, with coordination across multiple regions and projects.

The successful candidate will maintain BIM lifecycles, collaborate on international projects, and contribute to digital workflows while ensuring data quality and compliance with Fleet standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of physical security design and construction experience.
• 5+ years of Revit experience.
• 2+ years of Navisworks experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of physical security architecture.
• Experience with BIM processes and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with ACC and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain BIM standards, processes, workflows, and internal training for BIM software and procedures.
• Prepare and develop Revit models for CCTV and security infrastructure.
• Oversee BIM execution through the data center lifecycle from design to maintenance.
• Lead discussions to improve BIM standards and practices.
• Coordinate BIM execution with project leadership.
• Develop BIM documentation such as BEP, MPDT, and appendices.
