Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a BIM Designer 3 to join our Houston, TX office. The role focuses on modeling, documentation, coordination, and QA across Revit and Navisworks projects.

Candidates should have 4+ years of Revit/BIM experience (or 7+ years in electrical construction) and proficiency with ACC, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365. Travel up to 10% and onsite collaboration are expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 7+ years in electrical construction.
• Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proficiency with advanced Revit MEP features and BIM execution plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% and work onsite as needed.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred.

Mansioni

• Model, maintain, and coordinate BIM models in Revit and Navisworks.
• Lead or support clash detection, coordination meetings, and resolutions; visit job sites.
• Quality control checks on models and documentation; ensure compliance with BIM plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates and share lessons learned.
• Apply advanced Revit MEP features and utilize digital layout tools to improve model accuracy.
