Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a BIM Designer in Dallas, TX to develop and coordinate BIM models for diverse projects. You will create Revit models, manage central files, and prepare drawings for field handover.

Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes, ensure constructability, and maintain standards. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 5+ years in electrical construction.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to use Bluebeam for document review and collaboration.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite as needed and travel 5-10%.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modeling & Documentation: Develop and maintain Revit models and documentation; manage central models, sheets, views, legends, schedules.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Align BIM models with construction needs; support clash detection and NEC-compliant layouts.
• Standards & Compliance: Apply BIM standards, templates and data management; ensure version control.
• Technical Support: Provide layout files and coordinated models; support ACC collaboration and clash resolution.
