Job summary

Swanson Rink is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Denver team in office-based work. You will coordinate with engineers, clients, and subconsultants to implement BIM workflows on large projects.

Ideal candidates have Revit/AutoCAD expertise, BIM coordination experience, and the ability to translate designs across platforms. This role supports data center and infrastructure projects with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Associate Degree in CAD or equivalent training with Revit/AutoCAD experience.
• High proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, Revit certification preferred.
• Navisworks and BIM 360 familiarity for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflow criteria.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and participate in BIM Coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with disciplines to resolve design changes and model challenges.
• Manage translations between AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks for media files.
• Assist in packaging models, redlines, and assigning work to BIM Technicians.

Education
