Job summary

Swanson Rink is seeking a BIM Specialist for exciting projects in Denver, Colorado. The selected candidate will work closely with engineers, clients, and subconsultants to communicate project requirements and support BIM coordination.

Responsibilities include adhering to BIM Execution Plans, collaborating on design changes, and managing translations between AutoCAD and Revit. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred. Compensation ranges from $28 to $38 per hour based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• High proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• 4+ years A/E/C industry experience or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and workflows.
• Participate in BIM Coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with various disciplines on design changes.
