Job summary

Homecare Homebase, a Hearst subsidiary, seeks a Senior Billing Specialist to lead end-to-end billing in Zuora for SaaS subscriptions and services. You will ensure contract-to-bill accuracy, process credits, rebills, and adjustments with proper accounting impact.

You will partner with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, support month-end close, and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in billing, O2C, AR, or subscription billing.
• 3+ years hands-on Zuora Billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily to monthly billing in Zuora for SaaS subscriptions and services.
• Review contracts and amendments to ensure correct billing before invoices.
• Prepare bill runs, credit/debit memos, rebills, and corrections as per policy.
• Ensure invoice data accuracy: product, rate plan, term, tax, terms, PO details.
• Identify and resolve billing errors and data issues before invoicing.
• Close billing activities with reconciliations to Oracle Fusion.
• Support month-end close and audit requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting and FP&A.
