Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to oversee end-to-end Zuora billing for SaaS subscriptions, services, and one-time charges. The role ensures contract accuracy, properly processes credits and rebills, and aligns billing with AR, revenue, and the general ledger.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Zuora billing expertise, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to read contracts, communicate effectively with Sales, Legal, and Accounting, and support financial close

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in billing, order-to-cash, or subscription billing.
• Hands-on Zuora Billing experience with subscriptions and bill runs.
• Experience with SaaS billing and revenue implications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Zuora billing for SaaS subscriptions, services, and one-time charges.
• Review contracts and amendments to determine correct billing before invoicing.
• Prepare and execute bill runs, invoices, credits, and rebills per policy.
• Explain billing impacts on AR, revenue, tax, and GL to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data integrity between Zuora and Oracle Fusion.
