Job summary

Healthie in NYC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own billing, invoices, balances, payments, refunds, and the ledger behind them.

Legacy EHRs prioritized billing; we’re building a billing experience that serves care delivery and enables the full financial lifecycle from insurer coverage to the final payment within Healthie.

This is a multi-year charter with two squads; you’ll shape the roadmap and collaborate with partners and engineers to ensure accuracy and user clarity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in product management with 2+ years in billing/payments systems.
• Shipped products that move money: billing, payments, ledgers, or accounting integrations.
• Owned a roadmap with clear prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience reasoning about system correctness and edge cases.
• Ability to discuss API design with engineers and non-engineers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own billing, invoices, statements, balances, payments, refunds, and ledger truth.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from coverage confirmation to final payment within Healthie.
• Collaborate with partner teams and squads to ensure seamless experiences.
• Shape a multi-squad roadmap to support care models and value-based care.
