The Senior Billing Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management of the Billing Department across all office locations. This role requires a visionary leader who can handle complex billing issues with broad conceptual judgment and initiative, while driving the department towards achieving organizational goals with minimal direction. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience.The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance. Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of driving strategic initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles in a service organization
