Judi Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Analyst for Client Financial Operations to oversee invoicing for non-core programs, including EGWP. You will develop invoicing processes, analyze data across financial systems, and drive automation and improvements to ensure accuracy and scalability.

The role requires a strong financial background, expertise in PBM/premium billing, and proficiency with Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of related experience in finance, data analysis, or accounting.
• Experience with EGWP Premium invoicing and healthcare billing processes.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills and automation mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee billing operations for non-core programs, incl. EGWP.
• Evaluate invoicing data, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Interpret contracts to identify billable items and billing mechanisms.
• Design and refine invoicing processes; coordinate with tech teams.
• Analyze data from financial systems to assess accuracy and trends.
• Direct invoice preparation, reconciliation, and issuance.
• Lead reconciliations across ERP and related platforms.
• Improve controls via Excel/SQL-driven automation.
• Develop billing policies and documentation.
• Lead audit and compliance support.
