Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative field.

• Experience specific to EGWP Premium invoicing.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.

• PBM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee billing operations for non-core programs, including EGWP, by interpreting complex contracts, client program requirements, service volumes, fee structures, and financial data.
• Independently evaluate incomplete, conflicting, or unusual billing information; resolve material issues within authority; escalate when needed with a solution.
• Interpret contract terms and client arrangements to identify billable items and advise on financial implications.
• Design, implement, and refine invoicing processes and controls for new and existing programs.
• Analyze data from financial and operational systems to assess billing accuracy and risks.
• Direct invoice preparation, reconciliation, and issuance per contractual requirements.
• Lead reconciliations across ERP and related platforms; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes and use Excel/SQL to develop automation and improvements.
• Develop and maintain billing policies with recommended changes.
• Lead audit and compliance support for assigned programs.
