Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor reports and workqueues for coding, charge submission, and AR follow-up.
• Perform charge reconciliation to ensure revenue capture.
• Review unbilled charge reports and follow up with physicians or practice management.
• Correct coding errors, draft appeals, and follow up on denials as needed.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements to physicians and leadership.
• Train and communicate with coding vendors and front-end staff on processes.
