The ideal candidate has SNF experience and strong Medi-Cal/Medicaid knowledge, plus proven staff supervision skills.

• Oversee day-to-day business office operations and procedures.
• Manage Medi-Cal/Medicaid authorizations including bed-hold.
• Assist with resident trust fund statements and distributions.
• Supervise, train, and schedule business office staff.
• Maintain facility census information and status changes.
• Assist residents with Medi-Cal applications and redeterminations.
• Prepare TARs and support billing and payments.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and collections activities.
• Ensure accurate billing to residents, insurers, and payers.
