Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of billing, accounting, revenue, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits.
• Experience performing account reconciliations and researching discrepancies.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
• Ability to determine appropriate accounting periods for revenue activity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to serve as a technical resource and support less experienced team members.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage significant transaction volume.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review billing activities across a high-volume transaction environment.
• Complete account and billing reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.
• Apply ASC 606 and US GAAP principles to revenue-related activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between billing activity and accounting records.
• Serve as a technical resource for billing team members and provide guidance on accounting-related questions.
• Support accurate revenue recognition and reporting across the billing function.
