Job summary

Coursera + Udemy is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to own the enterprise reporting strategy on the Sigma platform. You will partner with leaders to design KPIs, develop standardized data models, and promote self-service reporting across the organization.

You will lead governance, security, and best practices, driving adoption of Sigma and integrating with Databricks and dbt to create scalable, high-quality data environments for AI and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions with a strong data science or business background.
• 3+ years experience in data/analytics engineering with strong experience connecting data pipelines to end state reporting.
• Proven relationships with business end users with storytelling skills connecting data with trends.
• Advanced experience with Sigma; Looker and other BI tools acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals, processes, and KPIs across functions.
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements; propose alternative approaches to support decisions.
• Develop reporting frameworks enabling root-cause analysis from KPI to underlying data.
