Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI and reporting experience with a strong data background.
• 3+ years in data/analytics engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced Sigma experience including dashboards, administration, governance, and security.
• Strong SQL skills and reusable data models.
• Experience with KPI development, dimensional modeling, and reporting design.
• Excellent communication with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define goals, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Develop frameworks to connect high-level KPIs to underlying metrics and data.
• Architect scalable Sigma data models and dashboards as the reporting backbone.
