Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking an Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst to develop analytics and reporting across enterprise BI platforms. The role focuses on synthesizing information from multiple data sources into sophisticated BI solutions and leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

You will be proficient in requirements gathering, data modelling, data mining, and BI solution development to support complex, multi-workstream processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with computer science-related study required.
• 2 years of reporting, visualization, or extract development experience, or 1 year as an IT development associate.
• Strong Excel spreadsheet skills required; must pass Intermediate level Excel test.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for identifying patterns and trends.
• Working knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Comfortable managing changing priorities and learning new skills.
• Project management experience and banking/financial industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of BI dashboard tools and data governance frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, build data models, test hypotheses, forecast performance, create reports, write SQL queries, and present findings.
• Identify opportunities to convert data into actionable insights to improve efficiency, revenue, risk management, and customer experience.
• Interface with executive stakeholders to prioritize work and meet timelines, accuracy, quality and business impact.
