Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business reporting, or BI.
• Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for management-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and recurring reporting in Excel.
• Create clear PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and insights.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into dashboards and outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.
• Perform quality checks and resolve reporting issues.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting while managing priorities.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve reporting processes and automation.
