Job summary

Vaco/Highspring in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Senior SPMO Business Intelligence Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive delivery of BI solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, build data products, create user stories, maintain backlogs, and mentor team members while aligning priorities with leadership. Strong SQL, Power BI, and Azure DevOps experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred in information systems, data science, or MBA advantageous.
• 10+ years of business analysis experience with BI or data platforms.
• 5+ years mapping business processes, writing SQL, and supporting integrations.
• 2+ years with Azure DevOps and product ownership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support BI solutions, semantic layers, and data products.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Create and maintain user stories, requirements, and delivery documentation.
• Maintain the backlog and align priorities with the Product Owner.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members.
