Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional designation.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.
• Or similar combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Support solution architect in data model exercises and integration work.
• Define, design, develop and deliver dashboards for a C&W client’s Real Estate program using C&W’s BI Platform.
• Capture and document project goals, objectives, success criteria, and business requirements.
• Understand the business process flow, involved applications and data definitions for end-to-end process.
• Manage executive stakeholder commitments on KPIs and data reporting across levels.
• Own and execute data governance program and participate in data security program.
• Mentor team members and participate in quarterly reviews.
