Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BI, Category Management, Retail Analytics, Shopper Insights, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading or mentoring analytics professionals.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Demonstrated success partnering with commercial, sales, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's Business Intelligence and Insights function.
• Manage and develop the Data Analyst, ensuring high-quality analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
• Establish priorities, processes, KPIs, and reporting standards for the analytics team.
• Drive a culture of data-informed decision making across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data accessibility.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and BI tools from the ground up.
• Develop category, retailer, brand, product, and customer data structures.
• Create and maintain reporting frameworks and data hierarchies.
• Support data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
• Write and maintain queries, calculations, and analytical models.
• Automate recurring reporting and support ad hoc analysis.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across datasets.
• Maintain documentation and reporting procedures for knowledge transfer.
