Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Financial Systems Analyst to support enterprise financial planning, reporting, analytics, and decision-making initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain financial reporting solutions, dashboards, and planning applications to enable stakeholders with actionable insights.
The role requires a strong blend of finance, business intelligence, data analytics, and technical development capabilities, with final compensation including a bonus
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Business Tools.
- 3+ years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Hyperion Planning, Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, Financial Reporting (FR), and Smart View solutions.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to gather reporting and planning requirements.
- Perform data integration, validation, reconciliation, and financial data analysis.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
