Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Engineering to own reporting and analytics that power business decisions across Finance, People Operations, Student Housing, Build-to-Rent, Construction, Marketing, and Investments.

It builds on Azure, Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Power BI, demanding strong data modeling, DAX, and SQL skills. You will architect sustainable data solutions and partner with Product Management for impactful insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in production BI/analytics.
• Strong ownership of Power BI semantic models and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Power BI reports and dashboards from design to deployment.
• Develop and maintain semantic models, data pipelines, and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with Product Management to validate feasibility and data availability.
• Design scalable data solutions and govern data access across the organization.
• Optimize performance and ensure accurate reconciliation of key metrics.
