Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Paciolan Product Engineering team in Irvine. You will own data products end-to-end, delivering insights across fundraising, ticketing, and marketing data to empower clients and shape analytics capabilities.

You will build dashboards, validate data accuracy, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to create scalable, actionable analytics for live events and sports data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering BI/analytics to stakeholders
• Experience in ticketing/live events/sports data space
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience
• Experience building dashboards/reports with modern visualization tools
• Curiosity-driven mindset and actionable analytics

Responsibilities

• Build and scale BI as a service delivering insights for clients
• Design end-to-end data solutions across data engineering, analytics, and data science
• Develop and maintain dashboards from fundraising, ticketing, marketing data
• Lead client onboarding and analytics partnerships
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and monitoring
• Create data models powering scalable analytics
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and data engineers
