Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. You will own data products end-to-end, turning live events and fundraising data into actionable insights through scalable BI services and dynamic dashboards.

You will collaborate with data engineers, product, and success teams to deliver reliable analytics across ticketing, marketing, and sponsorship data sources, enabling clients to make timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering BI or analytics to stakeholders across teams.
• Experience in ticketing/live events/sports space is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS).
• Experience building dashboards and reports using modern tools (Tableau).
• Curiosity-driven mindset and ability to turn data into compelling stories.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale BI as a service delivering insights with measurable client value.
• Design and evolve end-to-end data solutions across data engineering, analytics, and data science.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using diverse data sources (ticketing, fundraising, marketing).
• Lead client onboarding and act as analytics partner for participating organizations.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Customer Success, and other data engineers.

Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location.
