Job summary

Learfield is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. You will own data products across analytics, data engineering, and data science, delivering dashboards from live events data to empower clients with timely, actionable insights.

You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure data accuracy and build scalable analytics that inform strategic decisions for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering BI/analytics to stakeholders
• Experience in ticketing/live events/sports space
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/AWS)
• Experience building dashboards/reports with modern visualization tools
• Curiosity-driven, storytelling with data
• Ability to give/receive feedback and push beyond comfort zone

Responsibilities

• Build and scale BI as a service delivering insights with measurable client value
• Own end-to-end data solutions across data engineering, analytics and data science
• Develop dashboards from Fundraising, Ticketing, Marketing sources
• Lead client onboarding and act as analytics partner
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and monitoring
• Create data models and structures powering analytics
• Collaborate with Product/UI/CS and data engineers on solutions
• Propose new analyses to share insights across clients and teams
