Motion Industries is seeking a senior IT professional to lead multi-area software development projects and ensure successful technical implementation of business applications. Applicants should have a strong background in application programming, OO analysis, and client/server networking, with 8–12 years of experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field with 8–12 years of related experience.
- Strong leadership and ability to communicate business needs to technical solutions.
- Experience with structured development and change control methodologies.
- Experience with object oriented analysis and design.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and be accountable for the successful technical implementation of business software applications.
- Mentor junior developers with code reviews, design reviews and unit test plan reviews.
- Represent IT as the principal technical contact and lead technical project efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency.
- Forecast, model and utilize advanced analytical tools.
