Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, test, and optimize enterprise scorecards and dashboards for federal clients. The role converts KPI specifications into accessible, intuitive visuals for executives, managers, and analysts.

The candidate should have 2+ years of BI/dashboard experience, proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, strong SQL, and experience in user research, testing, release management, and governance in secure environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise dashboards, scorecards, or BI products.
• Proficiency with an enterprise BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau, plus strong SQL.
• Ability to translate governed measures into clear, accessible visuals for executives, managers, and analysts.
• Experience with user research, prototyping, usability testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Gather user needs and translate KPI specifications into dashboard designs and acceptance criteria.
• Build accessible scorecards and dashboards with governed calculations and consistent design.
• Develop SQL and semantic models, reconciling results with data definitions.
• Coordinate access with Data Architect, security, and Government authorities, ensuring Section 508 compliance.
• Plan and execute functional, performance, and accessibility testing; fix defects.
• Coordinate release and training with Change Management and use data to improve usability.
