Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau dashboard development experience.
• Strong Tableau Site Administration experience, including user provisioning, permissions, access management, and administrative support.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Superset is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience migrating or recreating Tableau dashboards and visual assets in Apache Superset.
• 3-5 years of strong SQL querying experience, with the ability to independently analyze and work with datasets.
• Strong experience in BI development, data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into reporting solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating UAT and validating BI solutions before production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions across multiple business functions.
• Migrate and recreate existing Tableau dashboards and workbooks in Apache Superset.
• Connect and integrate Superset dashboards with internal data platforms and datasets.
• Manage Tableau user provisioning, access requests, permissions, and administrative support tickets.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to identify appropriate data sources and datasets.
• Write SQL queries independently to analyze and validate data.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate dashboards before production release.
• Support dashboard deployment and production readiness activities.
• Conduct recurring office hours and onboarding sessions to help stakeholders build and navigate self-service Superset dashboards.
• Provide guidance and support to users on BI tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
