Job summary

OneLSC, a community of BI teams supporting Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust, seeks an experienced BI Analyst to extract knowledge for clinical and operational teams. Join ~20 BI analysts and engineers delivering analytics across 40 clinical specialties and regional services.

You will automate data processing, create clear reporting tools from complex data sources, and work across the BI community to expand skills and deliver real-time operational insights.

Qualifications

• Graduate level qualification in information management or statistical analysis or proven equivalent experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft ETL Stack (SSIS/SSAS) and large, complex data sets.
• Experience using tools for data visualization and reporting (Excel, BI tools).

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of ETL processing solutions.
• Develop expert knowledge of BI methodologies and SSIS/SSAS based processes.
• Design and maintain reference tables and test plans for new/updated software.
• Collaborate with developers and BI analysts to test and validate solutions.
