Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst III to translate complex business needs into robust Oracle Cloud reports and dashboards. You will partner with HR, Finance, and operations to define requirements, develop OBTI/BI Publisher outputs, and deliver end‑to‑end analytics solutions.

You will lead a team of BI professionals, ensure data quality, and support testing, training, and user adoption across Atlantic Health facilities in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years as a Reporting Developer using Oracle-based tech.
• 1–3 years architecting Reporting & Analytics for Oracle ERP Cloud.
• 1–3 years knowledge of Oracle HCM/FIN/SCM data models.
• 1–2 years in BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC, Oracle ADW.
• 3+ years building analytics with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL and BI tool expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and build custom reports that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with FIN, HCM, SCM to define reporting requirements and toolsets.
• Build OBTI and XML reports with Oracle clouds; advise on gaps.
• Create dashboards/Infolets and end‑user training guidance.
• Lead a team of BI Analysts and specialists; support testing phases.
