Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of data engineering with 1.5 years of Microsoft Fabric or comparable Synapse/Databricks.
• 4+ years of Power BI development with advanced data modeling and DAX.
• Strong PySpark and SQL skills; experience with medallion architecture and Delta Lake.
• Experience with cloud-native data services and Entra ID security models.
• Strong communication and ability to lead through influence; Jira and SCRUM experience.
• Ability to explain complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Builds and maintains Fabric pipelines, Lakehouse/warehouse objects, and PySpark notebooks across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
• Writes and troubleshoots T-SQL and PySpark transformations; diagnoses data quality issues.
• Resolves production data incidents across AWS ingestion, Fabric, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Designs and deploys Power BI reports; writes DAX measures; manages the report lifecycle.
• Implements Row-Level Security and documents data flows for governance.
• Authors runbooks and deployment docs for RLS validation and handoff.
• Translates client requirements into data models and report designs; supports backlog estimation.
