As a Senior BI Developer, your mission is to lead backend BI development, architecting scalable and efficient solutions that ensure data integrity and performance. You’ll take ownership of how data moves across systems and define the foundations of reliable, enterprise-grade analytics.

You’ll proactively identify optimization opportunities, implement automation, and create standards that the team will follow. This role is hands-on and strategic — you’ll be building, improving, and guiding backend architectures that scale and support evolving business needs.

You’ll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and product stakeholders to understand business goals and shape the technical roadmap. Your solutions will drive performance, streamline workflows, and elevate the quality and reliability of our BI platforms.

Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day

• Lead BI development by architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance data solutions that support business goals and align with industry best practices. Ensure seamless integration across multiple data sources and uphold data integrity.
• Drive performance optimization and workflow automation through schema evolution strategies and modern BI technologies to maximize system efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee the implementation of security frameworks and data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting sensitive business data.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including analysts and product managers, to shape business rules, translate strategic needs into technical solutions, and drive ongoing enhancements to BI capabilities.
  
  

We're Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We're Seeking

• At least six years of professional hands-on experience in developing data warehouse and data lake solutions, including advanced data modeling techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and building robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience in SQL (including SQL Server), with strong skills in database management, performance tuning, and query optimization strategies.
• Proficiency with Azure and services such as Data Factory, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Logic Apps.
• Experience with Databricks, including cluster management, workflow orchestration, and performance tuning.
• Solid grasp of data architecture principles, including relational modeling and SCD type handling best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using Gitflow, including code reviews, branch policies, and automated deployments.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
