Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior BI Developer to own North America BI work, from semantic models to dashboards. You will collaborate with Data Engineering and shape how business metrics are defined and reported.

You will drive complex BI builds, mentor teammates, and help set standards across the BI team, leveraging Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and dbt in a hybrid on-site/remote model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Expert-level Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with warehouse data.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic-model design.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse/dimensional design or dbt transformation development.
• Experience delivering BI solutions through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to challenge KPI definitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America semantic model, KPI logic, and shared metric definitions.

• Partner with Data Engineering to prototype and implement business logic within our Snowflake/dbt environment.

What You'll Do:

You’ll own some of our most important BI work in North America, from complex Power BI solutions to the metric logic and semantic models behind them. You’ll also partner closely with Data Engineering and help set the technical standard for the broader BI team.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with strong technical depth who can also understand the business questions behind the numbers. This person should be comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions, and communicating with both technical teams and business leaders.

Work Schedule

On-site Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday (company-paid parking). Regular in‑office presence is essential for effective team collaboration, engagement, and relationship‑building. Hybrid and remote work schedules typically consist of nine hours per day, five days per week, with a 60‑minute lunch break. Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on‑site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
