Tosca is redefining supply chains with advanced BI capabilities. We seek a senior BI professional to own North America semantic models, KPI logic, and multi-source BI builds, partnering with Data Engineering to deploy in Snowflake/dbt environments.

You will drive KPI definitions, develop high-impact Power BI dashboards, and mentor teammates while shaping business insights across the region. Hybrid work with on-site presence encouraged.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Expert-level Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with warehouse data.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic-model design.

What You'll Do:

You’ll own some of our most important BI work in North America, from complex Power BI solutions to the metric logic and semantic models behind them. You’ll also partner closely with Data Engineering and help set the technical standard for the broader BI team.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with strong technical depth who can also understand the business questions behind the numbers. This person should be comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions, and communicating with both technical teams and business leaders.

• 7+ years of BI development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Expert-level Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with warehouse data.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic-model design.
• Hands-on experience with either warehouse/dimensional design or dbt transformation development.
• Experience delivering BI solutions through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to challenge or refine KPI definitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule

On-site Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday (company-paid parking). Regular in-office presence is essential for effective team collaboration, engagement, and relationship-building. Hybrid and remote work schedules typically consist of nine hours per day, five days per week, with a 60-minute lunch break. Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on-site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
